Return Policy
If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please email info@tivona.nl to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.
Return Conditions and Guidelines:
All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping for the items. Please ensure that all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. Ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping. Make sure the return form is approved—without approval, your return may not be processed.
Simple Returns in Three Easy Steps:
Step 1: Request return information via the contact form below. Provide your order number, email address, and reason for the return.
Step 2: Send your order to the return address. Make sure to include a tracking code on the package. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account. Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within five working days.
